Best Teeth Whitener

HI.
Can somebody recommend the best teeth whitener to be used with sensitive teeth?
I am 40 years old with healthy teeth except for the fact that I grind my teeth at night. I've been wearing a night guard for the last 10 years - but my teeth are still very sensitive.
The natural color of my teeth is naturally off-off-white and I really want to whiten my teeth.

I researched all over and realized that going through a dentist bleaching treatment wil be very affective - But very painful especialy for me, since my teeth are so sensitive!

I was told that I'm better off trying to whiten my teeth at home using a teeth whitening kit that includes strips toothpastes etc...
The At-home kits contain less bleaching material and don't affect the teeth dramatically, and that the process is longer and slower.

By using the home kits I can control the amount of applications and even stop the treatment if I see the whole thing is too painful for me.

Can someone out there sensitive teeth that had his teeth bleached, recommend - what is the best teeth whitener for me?
