It is safe for tooth enamel, and, once applied, it's invisible! To use, Leave the Colgate Simply White on your teeth for about 30 minutes. You should NOT eat, drink or smoke during this time. Colgate Simply White can be removed by brushing normally.

A similar treatment is Colgate Simply White Night. Simply White Night whitens natural teeth, not dental work such as crowns, caps, fillings and veneers. Before going to sleep, you would brush your teeth as usual. Dry the surface of your teeth and apply a thin layer of Colgate Simply White Night one tooth at a time using an up and down motion.
