Homemade Teeth Whitening -
Laser teeth whitening At-Home alternatives
Is there a " homemade teeth whitening laser treatment alternative "?
Well ...for a laser beam
all you need is a - "spatially coherent low divergence beam at a range of 400 to 490nm, preferably from Helium - Neon origin and a few output couplers that are in tune to let out just the right amount of photons per unit time to create a collimated ray".
If you can generate that laser beam - I guess you can come up with a home alternative MacGyver!.
Most of us can't ! And since Laser teeth whitening systems require this expensive and specially designed laser - this procedure can only be performed by a dentist in his/her office.

The alternative is using a different type of light that activates the reaction of the hydrogen peroxide gel. This method uses a light known as blue light or UV light and is included in "At-home" kits that can be used by everyone at home without too many difficulties!
A typical kit includes the hydrogen peroxide gel that is applied on the teeth using trays or a brush and a small bite-on device connected to a "flash light" that when turned on produces the light that is reflected on-to the teeth. The light then activates the gels that penetrates to the tooth and lightens it's shades.
So - At-home teeth whitening is possible in many ways but not with laser!
