Lastly, if you are a regular smoker you should know that this product does not work miracles, and if you really want to get a white and bright smile you should seek other solutions but as a beginning - and I'm sure you've heard this a million times: you should reduce your smoking.

So to sum it up: the teeth whitening pen is a great touch up and maintenance tool on the go for people who already have white teeth.
